With regard to performance reviews, promotions, talent pools, and career possibilities, we offer a variety of professional prospects to our employees.

Each employee at Şekerbank has their performance evaluated objectively. We set our employees' goals in such a way that is consistent with the objectives of our Bank. Throughout the year, we monitor whether these targets are met or not. We generate a performance score for each employee at the end of the year and lay the foundation of our employees' career plans with this performance score. The annual wage increase and premiums are also impacted by the relevant score.

We offer promotions during the periods we designate throughout the year. Our employees are promoted to a higher title or position depending on whether they meet the stated promotion criteria in addition to their successful performance.

The talent pool for managerial positions is an application ensuring that the managerial positions in our Bank are met with in-bank candidates. Employees of Şekerbank who are nominated for the talent pool are included if they are successful in the evaluations conducted by professionals in their specialties. Suitable candidates are determined from the pool of applicants when a managerial position is required in our Bank.

The talent pool is a program in which employees of Şekerbank who perform well and wish to advance their careers in sales are given the opportunity to do so. We evaluate our employees in our talent pool program who work as Operational Transactions Officer.
